Ukrainian studio Octobear Knight Games and Finnish colleagues Rockodile Games are developing a game simulator about the confrontation of the Ukrainian army with the Russian one. The new German publisher Lesser Evil was attracted to the project – it releases the game on Steam. Also, Ukrainian musicians joined the project. Antytila (Antibody)group became the performer of the main soundtrack for the game. It is worth noting that the frontman of the Antytila group Taras Topolya is a military doctor who saves the lives of soldiers at the front.
The game is called Death From Above. The plot of the game is actual – it reflects the events of the Russian war and invites players to speak for Ukraine. The arcade simulator gives the player control of a drone that fights the aggressor during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. During the game, you need to perform various missions: eliminate invaders from the Ukrainian territories, find valuable equipment, restore damaged communication elements, etc.
The developers of the game claim that part of the funds from the sale of the game Death From Above will be sent to Ukrainian charitable organisations. Charities have already been selected – this is Come back alive and the state initiative Army of drones.
