Ukrainians cannot forgive the recent scandalous statements of Brazilian president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva that Zelenskyy cannot want everything, and one must sacrifice something for the sake of peace; for example, Crimea.
On April 21, president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva arrived in Portugal for 5 days. The Association of Ukrainians of Portugal came to a peaceful protest under the Brazilian embassy in Lisbon. In the hands of the protesters were posters "Russia is a terrorist state" and "Stop killing our children."
We remind you that da Silva expressed the opinion that Ukraine is to blame for the war along with Russia, and the United States should stop helping Ukraine with weapons because, in this way, they are prolonging the war.
Earlier, a pro-Ukrainian demonstration took place in Brazil on the day Lavrov arrived in Sao-Paolo.
