Ukrainian armed forces continue to clear their territories of occupiers. Therefore, they hastened to "legitimize" the selected territories by holding referendums in the Zaporizhzhia, Lugansk, Donetsk, and Kherson regions. On September 30, Putin solemnly declared that the Ukrainians had made their choice and called the occupied territories a possession of the Russian Federation.
The Ukrainian government has already managed to react to the events and reported that the liberation of Ukrainian territories continues until the victory.
It is worth noting that Putin's regime, probably to demoralize the Ukrainian people, carried out massive missile strikes in 4 regions of Ukraine on September 29-30. There are dead. However, these events brought Ukrainians closer together. It is unknown how long the Russian armed forces will last because, as of 219 days, Russia has lost:
- 59.080 — personnel;
- 2.338 — tanks;
- 4.932 — armoured personnel vehicle;
- 1.391/333 — artillery systems/MRS;
- 176 — anti-aircraft warfare systems;
- 264/225 — aircraft/helicopters;
- 1003 — UAV operational-tactical level;
- 246 — cruise missiles
- 15 — warship/boats
- 3.768 — vehicles, fuel tanks;
- 131 — special equipment.
Also, the Institute of War Studies reports that the Ukrainian army "takes the ring" of invaders near the critical point — Lyman. The occupiers are losing strategic decisions and world support. The war continues and increasingly shows on whose side the light is.
