The Ukrainian streaming and media service Megogo and the animal welfare centre UAnimals, with the help of AI, drew posters of "films that don't exist but save". The starring roles are played by real animals that live in UAnimals shelters, or need protection, or, together with their owners, have experienced the harshest wartime coffers. By "buying a ticket" to the movie, you donate UAnimals and help build large and warm enclosures for predators rescued from zoos and private collections in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. What are the movies:
- The Shaggy Guide is a story about the dog Nicole, who, together with her owner/employee of Ukrzaliznytsia, helped evacuate people from the east of Ukraine at the beginning of the war;
- Leopard is the hit of the season – free leopards;
- Askania again – is a film about the nature reserve Askania Nova in the Kherson region. Now it is under Russian occupation, and all its flora and fauna are dying;
- Stork's nest – due to the war in Ukraine, the national symbol of Ukraine, the storks, are dying en masse;
- Pixel – is about furry babies who help the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
UAnimals is a Ukrainian animal protection organisation. With the beginning of the war, UAnimals was taken out of the frontline areas by its own forces, raises money for the purchase of feed and medicine for animals in the affected regions, and treats wounded animals.
You can also "hire" a furry to work and help take care of the animals of Ukraine.
