Today, September 1, the school year began in Ukraine. 25.000 first-graders went to school. Another 380 children will never go to school again because the Russians killed them.
"As of the morning of September 1, 2022, more than 1.116 children were injured in Ukraine due to the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation. According to the official information of juvenile prosecutors, 380 children died, and more than 736 were injured of varying degrees of severity," office of the prosecutor general of Ukraine.
The data are not final since most of the affected children are in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Available statistics:

On August 24, on Ukraine's Independence Day, an 11-year-old boy was killed by a Russian missile attack in the Sinelnikovskyy district of the Dnipro region. On August 31, a 17-year-old boy was killed by a cluster munition in the same settlement.
On August 14, a 2-year-old girl Lisa died in Vinnytsia due to a Russian terrorist attack.
Another 7.000 Ukrainian children are alive but forcibly deported to Russia.
