On February 24, 2023, on the anniversary of the full-scale Russian attack on Ukraine, participants in the Polish initiative Darek pro Putina announced the fundraising for the RM-70 multiple-launch missile system + 365 missiles. Today, March 23, the initiator of gifts for Putin, Dalibor Dedka reported that the citizens of Czechia had collected 30 million crowns ($1 = Kč 21.1) to purchase rocket launchers and missiles. The installation was given the name Přemysl in honour of the hero of Czech fairy tales, the ploughman Přemysl. Just like its folklore father, one volley of the RM-70 Přemysl "ploughs" about 3 ha of land.
"We are proud that the Czechia raised several tens of millions in a few weeks because we announced this event on the first anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine," Dalibor Dedka.
